Spring is here, and we couldn’t get more excited about this season! Of course, we also need to put up with other stuff such as allergies, gardening, and spring cleaning. Yes, especially spring cleaning. It’s a must for every household to do so!

Anyway, how about I give a few tips on how to clean up for the spring? I’m sure you’ll find them handy!

  1. Clean from inside to outside.

To prevent getting dirt and dust on where you have already cleaned up, make sure you do it indoors first. Start with the rooms, and then the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room, before proceeding to your yard.

  1. Make small repairs.

I myself can do minor repairs and I’m very handy with superglue, a nail, and a hammer. Small cracks on furniture may grow into bigger ones which may further damage them, so you should learn how to fix things.

  1. Wear good-quality gloves.

Trust me, spring cleaning will take a while. Make sure you buy quality vinyl gloves which will take all the wear and tear. After all, you need to protect your delicate skin and nails. You wouldn’t want to damage them at all!

  1. Buy a mop with a squeezing mechanism.

If you want to save time, a mop which you can just squeeze on the go will come in handy. That way, you don’t have to stop and press the rags from time to time with your hands.

  1. Multi-task.

To make things easier and quicker, multi-tasking should be a skill you ought to master. This doesn’t mean you have to do everything altogether! For example, while you’re waiting for the floor to dry up, you may go to another area of the house to use the vacuum cleaner. Whatever is convenient for you!

Ready for some spring cleaning? Then get started!
